Winter Break at IVPL


Come in from the cold and enjoy some winter fun at the library!  No registration is required.  All ages welcome unless otherwise indicated.


Block Party (Ages 1-6): Wednesday, December 27, 10 AM to 12 PM

Come build with a variety of materials.  Story hour room.


Lego Club (Grades K & up): Wednesday, December 27, 2 PM to 4 PM

This month we challenge you to build a snowman from Legos.  Or come and build whatever you would like!


Kids will be Kids Family Movie: Thursday, December 28, 10 AM

Bring a snack and something comfy to sit on to watch a movie at the library.


Winter Scavenger Hunt: Friday, December 29, 10 AM to 4 PM

Some winter friends are hiding in the library.  Find them all to decode a secret message and you will earn a book sale buck.  All participants will be entered into a drawing to win a free party at Action Karate in Telford.

Jingle Bell Challenge

Children in grades K & up are invited to explore the principals of engineering through hands-on activities.  This month, we challenge you to quiet a jingle bell using the least amount of supplies possible.  Please note: younger elementary school students may require the assistance of an adult or older sibling to complete this activity.  No registration required.
